Your assessment

Taking the assessment means we will store your answers, your scores and your report in your Quaverix account. We use them to create your report, to show it on your dashboard, and to personalise the other tools included with your purchase. Your answers are processed by trusted service providers, including AI services, to write your report. The assessment is a psychometrically-informed career-planning tool, not a psychological or medical assessment. You can delete your account and your information from your dashboard at any time.

Digital products and refunds

You understand and agree that the Career Pivot Assessment is a digital product delivered on completion. Once your report has been generated and delivered to your account, no refund is available. If your report is not delivered, or is not delivered in full, please contact support and a member of the team will make it right.

Your report in the dashboard

The PDF copy of your Report is yours to keep forever. Your Report also stays in your dashboard while your account is open, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We recommend that you download a copy to keep.

The platform provides career tools and guidance. Please read these points carefully, because they explain what our products are and are not.

We use artificial intelligence.

Reports, CV suggestions, ATS results, LinkedIn rewrites and interview feedback are produced with the help of artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes, misread information, produce content that is incomplete or out of date, or state things with more confidence than is justified. Please check everything before you rely on it or send it to anyone.

Not a psychological or clinical assessment.

The Blueprint is a psychometrically-informed, self-report career-planning assessment. It is not a psychological, clinical or medical assessment, it does not diagnose any condition, and it has not been validated for use in hiring, selection or promotion decisions. Your results reflect the answers you gave at the time you gave them.

Not expert or professional advice.

Nothing on the platform is professional careers advice, recruitment advice, or legal, financial, tax, immigration or medical advice, and nothing on it is the judgement of a qualified expert about you. For decisions of that kind, please speak to a suitably qualified professional.

No guarantee of outcomes.

Our products are tools to help you think about and prepare for your career. We do not guarantee any job, interview, offer, promotion, salary, pay rise, visa, qualification, or success in any career change.

Salary figures are indicative.

Salary ranges are estimates based on market data that may be incomplete or out of date. They are not a valuation of you or an offer from anyone.

ATS results are estimates.

ATS scores and checks estimate how applicant tracking systems may read your CV. We are not affiliated with any ATS provider or employer, and employers configure their systems differently, so real results may differ.

Courses, certifications and roles.

Pathways, courses, certifications and example roles we suggest are illustrations based on your results. We do not provide or endorse them unless we say so, and their cost, content, entry requirements and availability are set by others and may change.

Interview questions are practice only.

They are not questions any particular employer will ask, and feedback on your answers does not predict how an interviewer will assess you.

Your decisions are your own.

You decide whether and how to act on anything the platform produces, and you are responsible for those decisions, including any decision to leave a job, change career, or pay for training.
